Non-Refundable Products

1.1 Stick on Chic "we," "us," "our" sells press-on nail and jewellery products that are non-refundable except in cases of damage.

Refund Eligibility

2.1 We will only issue refunds for damaged products that meet the following criteria:

  • You must inform us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at stickonchic@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.
  • The damage must be due to a manufacturing defect or occurred during shipping.

3.1 Customers are responsible for shipping damaged products to Stick on Chic at their own cost and through their chosen delivery partner.
